CRM
Contacts
One record per person, with their whole relationship in a single view. A contact is created automatically when someone signs in on your site or sends an inquiry, and you can also add one by hand. Purely anonymous visitors stay in Live visitors until they share who they are.
Open screen guide→Forms
Build a form once and use it two ways: as a card inside a chat, or as questions the assistant asks one at a time in conversation. Every question maps to a data point, so answers land on the right contact automatically. Purely browsing visitors are never asked; a form appears when someone is engaging.
Open screen guide→Pipeline
A visual board of your leads, so nothing falls through the cracks. Each lead is one opportunity tied to a contact, and it moves left to right through your configurable stages until it is won or lost.
Open screen guide→CRM configuration
Manage lead pipelines, stable stage references, and the shared form data-field catalog without orphaning active leads or published forms.
Open screen guide→Tasks
Your follow-ups in one place, so nothing slips. Tasks are bucketed into Overdue, Today, and Upcoming, and you can complete or snooze them in a click. Tasks assigned to you by others, and reminders created from a contact, all land here.
Open screen guide→Templates
Message and prescription templates in one place, switched with the control at the top. Message templates hold reusable copy for any channel, including WhatsApp, and prescription templates control the final layout clinicians issue after a visit.
Open screen guide→Care discovery
Find Care
Browse clinics accepting patients on the platform and start a booking. Search by clinic, specialty, service, language, or region, then book care in a few steps.

Open screen guide→Clinic operations
Appointments
The clinic schedule and requests queue. Search and filter appointments, open details, prepare with the patient, check patients in, and book a new visit with the doctor already assigned.
Open screen guide→Appointment details
The staff view of one appointment, with lifecycle facts, verified patient and provider context, governed note, medication-request, order/referral and after-visit drafts for an active Encounter, prescriptions and medication history, attached records, preparation messages, requested information, and telemedicine readiness.

Collaboration
Configuration
Workspace settings
Configuration for your active clinic, organized into five menus across the top: Clinic (Setup guide for a beginner-friendly launch path, General for regional defaults, the directory listing and your Demo Clinic, Clinic profile for the public page patients see, and Care locations for the departments, wards, rooms and beds inside each site), Care delivery (Appointments for availability and booking rules, and Clinical setup for governed care configuration), Organization (Team for the people who belong here, and Clinics and hospitals for your memberships and activation requests), Communication (WhatsApp for connected numbers, and Call recording for the recording policy), and Integrations (Developer for trusted integrations, Interfaces and downtime for message feeds, and Security for stored credentials). You need an active clinic selected to manage these; every setting applies to that clinic only.
Open screen guide→Appointment settings
Set clinic locations, provider and visit-type schedules, booking rules, and the conflict-safe calendar preparation required before patient booking opens.
Open screen guide→Clinical catalogs
The shared vocabulary for laboratory tests, imaging protocols, procedures, diagnoses and units. See which version is live and find any term in it.
Open screen guide→Clinical setup
Configure the reviewed building blocks used by patient booking and clinical workflows. The setup path keeps draft, published, tenant-readiness, and platform-release state distinct.
Open screen guide→Developer access
Create and revoke narrowly scoped server API keys for trusted integrations. Full secrets are shown once and cannot be recovered.
Open screen guide→Interfaces and downtime
The systems this hospital exchanges messages with, what is waiting for somebody to deal with, and what was written on paper while the system was unavailable.
Open screen guide→Live chat setup
Everything needed to run chat on your clinic's website: installing the widget, how it looks and behaves, routing and triggers, canned responses, and privacy.
Open screen guide→Care locations
Set up the departments, wards, rooms, and beds inside each of your clinic locations, and keep each bed's operational state current.
Open screen guide→Patient safety
Report what went wrong or nearly did, and follow what was done about it.
Open screen guide→Revenue setup
Who pays, what they pay under each contract, what everything costs, and the month's figures for whoever keeps the books.
Open screen guide→Security and credentials
A metadata-only health view for credentials owned by the active clinic. Secret values never appear here. Open the owning WhatsApp, social, webhook, website, or developer screen to create, replace, rotate, restore, or remove a credential.
Open screen guide→Clinic Setup Wizard
A guided launch path for clinic owners and administrators. Five short steps take the clinic from nothing to bookable: your clinic, where patients are seen, the services they can book, the doctors and their hours, and a final go-live check. You choose what the clinic offers; the forms, consents, and patient messages behind each service are created, published, switched on, and linked for you. Progress is saved to the active clinic.
Open screen guide→Connect the phone numbers your clinic messages from, and choose which messages go out on each one.
Open screen guide→Documents
Documents
A safe home for patient files: lab reports, referrals, consent forms, insurance cards, discharge summaries and more. Most document types can be uploaded; executable, script, source code, macro-enabled and credential files are blocked for security. Every upload is virus-scanned before anyone can open it, previews render right in the workspace, and every view is recorded for compliance.
Open screen guide→Open a shared document
View a document that a clinic or care team has shared with you for a limited time.
Open screen guide→Engagement
Engagement analytics
How your website engagement is performing: visitor volume, conversation outcomes, response speed, and satisfaction, aggregated per day for your clinic.
Open screen guide→Conversations
Your messaging inbox. WhatsApp messages from patients and live chat from website visitors arrive here; reply, hand off, and resolve without leaving the workspace.
Open screen guide→Live visitors
A real-time view of who is on your clinic's website right now. Visitors appear the moment they land on a tracked page, so you can see how many people are browsing, who looks ready to talk, and who has already chatted with you.
Open screen guide→Find care

Super Admin
Super admin
The central home for platform administration. Every super admin capability lives here and in the menu bar across the top of every Super admin page, grouped into Customers, Requests, and Platform, so you can move between operational areas without returning to the workspace sidebar. Visible only to platform administrators.
Open screen guide→Activation requests
The platform review queue for clinic and hospital activation. Approving a request creates the tenant and makes the requester its owner; this is the only way organizations are created.
Open screen guide→API Explorer
The internal catalog for every application API. Browse deployed HTTP routes, protocol-specific references, and planned contracts, then test eligible HTTP operations against the current environment with your signed-in Super Admin session.
Open screen guide→Customer management
The platform customer registry for Super Admins. Review registered users and organizations, understand tenant usage and plans, and suspend or reactivate access with an audited notification workflow.
Open screen guide→Demo requests
The platform sales queue for demo and contact requests captured from the public marketing site. Each entry is a business enquiry from someone who wants to see the platform, not patient data. Work them from new through contacted and qualified to closed.
Open screen guide→Document policy
Set how long each kind of document is kept, how long deleted files can be restored, and whether the workspace suggests a category when a file is uploaded. This policy now lives under the Super admin section as a global configuration. Any staff member can review it; workspace owners and admins can change it.
Open screen guide→Exceptions
The platform-wide error console. Every layer reports here: the API, background jobs, outside integrations, and the web, desktop, mobile, and embedded apps. Each problem arrives with protected diagnostic context so administrators can investigate it in one place.
Open screen guide→Plans and usage
The platform's commercial configuration: create plans with entitlements and feature toggles, assign them to clinics, manage versioned provider pricing, and inspect any clinic's metered usage. Visible to platform administrators only.
Open screen guide→Support requests
The platform triage queue for bug reports and feature requests submitted from the workspace feedback control. Requests can include screenshots or files, may carry a validated tenant context, and are visible only to platform administrators.
Open screen guide→Test notifications
Check that live notifications reach people. See who is connected to the workspace right now, send them a prepared test message, and read what happened on each of their devices. The test travels the same way every notification does, so a recipient sees it in the bell and as a toast, and hears the chime if their sound is on.
Open screen guide→Tenancy
Clinic profile
Build and publish the public page patients see for the selected clinic or hospital. Profile details, public contact information, team members, imagery, FAQs, and search settings belong to that organization and are saved together. Open it from Settings, in the Clinic menu.
Open screen guide→Clinics and hospitals
Manage your memberships and bring new organizations onto the platform. This page lists every clinic and hospital you belong to and tracks your activation requests. In a clinic you can open Settings for, it sits in the Settings bar under Organization.
Open screen guide→Workspace
Accept an invitation
The page you land on from an invitation link. It shows which clinic or hospital invited you and the roles you would hold, and lets you accept or decline. If you are signed out, you are prompted to sign in or create an account first.
Open screen guide→Blood bank
What the bank holds, who each unit is for, what the laboratory found, and what was given.
Open screen guide→Patient chart
One patient's longitudinal record: their problems, allergies, medicines, immunisations, vital signs and observations, history, care plans and care team, the documents held for them, and how they are identified. The chart opens inside a patient workspace, so it always has a patient in front of it, and it opens on a summary of what changes what you do next.
Open screen guide→Home
Your post-login starting point and operational dashboard. From here you can see which clinic you are acting in, read at-a-glance metrics, jump into live work, and finish onboarding if you are new.
Open screen guide→Identity review
Work the queue of records that may not be what they claim: the same person registered twice, a record on the wrong account, or a chart started before anyone knew whose it was.
Open screen guide→Imaging
See images arriving, where a study's images are stored, and any question about whose images they are.
Open screen guide→Laboratory
Receive samples into the laboratory, record a container that cannot be tested, and keep analytical runs with their controls. What arrived, what is outstanding, and which runs are safe to report from.
Open screen guide→Drug round
See what is due on a ward, in the order it is due. Record a dose as given, or record one that was not given along with the reason.
Open screen guide→Pharmacy
Prepare supplies and follow them to the ward, back to pharmacy, or to destruction. Keep the list of what this facility stocks and on what terms.
Open screen guide→Notifications
Everything assigned to you or changed for you in this workspace, newest first. New notifications appear at the top the moment they arrive, and anything that arrived while you were away is waiting here when you come back.
Open screen guide→Assets and equipment
See what the hospital owns, what is due a service, and which sterilization load an instrument came out of.
Open screen guide→Inventory and stock
See what is on which shelf, what is about to expire, what moved, and which batches have been recalled.
Open screen guide→Procurement
Raise and decide requests, place orders with suppliers, and book deliveries in so the stock is on the shelf.
Open screen guide→Staff roster
See and publish who is expected on which shift, by unit and period.
Open screen guide→Service requests
Ask for housekeeping, portering, transport or dietary help, and work the queue of what has been asked for.
Open screen guide→Patients
Register patients using their mobile number, which is how the clinic finds and identifies them. Because families share a number, everyone reachable at one number is kept together as a household with one primary member and a relationship for everyone else.
Open screen guide→Your profile
Manage the global identity that follows you between My Space and every clinic or hospital you join. Your profile image comes from your secure sign-in account, while your saved display name is used throughout Global Clinic.
Open screen guide→Patient accounts
One account per patient, for life. What is owed, what has been billed, and what has been paid.
Open screen guide→Claims
What has gone to a payer, what they said about it, and what they still owe.
Open screen guide→Team
Invite colleagues into this clinic or hospital and manage who belongs. Owners and facility administrators can update active staff roles and ordinary workspace permissions from the Team tab, including their own. Clinical authority remains governed separately.
Open screen guide→Theatre
Today's list, the safety checks a case cannot pass without, and the record each person signs.
Open screen guide→Ward
See who is on the ward, which bed they are in, and how long they have been here. Admit a patient, move them between beds, and record a discharge.
Open screen guide→WhatsApp replies to file
Read the WhatsApp replies that could not be placed on one patient's chart, and file each one to the patient it is about, or set it aside when it is not about a patient.
Open screen guide→
