With an active clinic and a staff role, the home page becomes a console: headline metrics, the live visitors on your website, a workspace activity feed, the conversation queue, engagement insights, and care-team presence. Compact placeholders keep each metric tile steady while live values arrive, and each widget links into the full page behind it.
Below the live widgets, the Operations today row rolls up the numbers that matter beyond chat: your lead pipeline (open leads, wins and win rate), your open and overdue tasks, this month's document uploads and storage, and, for admins, messaging channel usage. Each card links to its full page, and it shows counts only, never patient details. If the lead summary is incomplete, its totals are hidden and the card tells you why.
One list of the video visits ahead of you, soonest first. It brings together your own visits as a patient, at any clinic, and, when you work in the selected clinic, that clinic's scheduled video visits. A visit that appears in both, because you booked it with the clinic you work in, is listed once and marked Your visit. A visit at another clinic names that clinic. The first four are shown; when there are more, the list says how many and links to the full appointment pages. Select Details to open the visit.
Shortcut cards to the pages you use day to day: clinics & hospitals, workspace settings, the public site, and (when you have not yet opened the dashboard widgets) live visitors and conversations.
Doctors and nurses open a patient from the top of the sidebar. When nobody is open it reads Open a patient and searches for them. When a patient is still open, because you stepped out to a worklist or another screen, it reads View patient and names them with their record number: select it to go straight back to their record without searching again. Open another patient, just below it, opens somebody new. With several patients open, View patient lists them all with their record numbers and marks the current one, and you choose whose record to go back to. If the patient you left has closed in the meantime, or another window moved you to somebody else, View patient says so and does not open anyone in their place. While you are in a patient's record the workspace switcher is locked: go to Application view first to switch clinic.
Search, at the top of every screen, finds a patient by name, mobile number, email or record number (add a year of birth to tell two people with one name apart), a contact, a document by its title, a colleague, or any screen of the workspace, in one place. It also finds the hospital's own records by what is printed on them: a ward or department by name, a bed by its code, a stock item or a charge by the start of its name, a supplier or a payer, equipment by its tag, a sample by the label on its tube, a scan by its accession number, and a unit of blood by the number on its bag. A label, tag or number must be typed in full: half a label is somebody else's sample. Open it with the Search button, Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac), or the / key when you are not typing in a field. Results are grouped by kind, with the start of each word that matched marked; Arrow Down and Arrow Up move through every result in every group, Enter opens the highlighted one, and Escape closes search. You only ever see what your own role lets you open, and opening a result checks your access again. A restricted record appears, marked Restricted, only to a doctor or nurse who could ask for emergency access to it. When your workspace's older records are still being added to search, it says so.
Every clinic and hospital has a Demo Clinic listed under it in the workspace switcher: a separate workspace filled with fictional patients, staff and records across every screen. Use it to train somebody, try a change before you make it for real, or show the product to a colleague. Everything in it is sample data and nothing leaves the platform from it. What you put in it stays until an administrator rebuilds it, or until a standing rebuild your workspace turned on comes round, so a training scenario you set up on Friday is still there on Monday. Inside it, a red Demo Clinic chip beside the heading of every screen says where you are, and pressing it shows what applies to your workspace. You see it with the same role you have in your workspace, so there is nothing to choose.
The top-bar feedback control sends bug reports and feature requests to platform administrators. Add a short title, detailed description, optional priority, and evidence files or pasted screenshots. Attachments are validated before upload.
New accounts see a welcome banner framed around finding care by default: search for a doctor, explore services, or book an appointment, with a clear path to bring your own clinic or hospital online. If a facility has invited you to join their team, the banner also shows a notice so you can accept.
Owners and administrators see a setup reminder after a clinic is activated and whenever a required setting later needs attention. It shows current progress and opens the guided Clinic Setup Wizard in Settings.
