Clinics and hospitals

Manage your memberships and bring new organizations onto the platform. This page lists every clinic and hospital you belong to and tracks your activation requests. In a clinic you can open Settings for, it sits in the Settings bar under Organization.

What you can do here

Your memberships

Each card shows a clinic or hospital you belong to, your roles in it, and lets you make it your active clinic.

Edit organization details

Owners and admins can update a clinic or hospital's name, type, and region right from its card. Members without an admin role see the details read-only.

Activation requests

Clinics and hospitals are created through a controlled workflow: you submit a request, a platform admin reviews it, and approval creates the organization with you as its owner.

Request tracking

Submitted requests appear below the form with their review status and the plan each one asked for, so you always know where a request stands.

Start on a plan

Choosing a plan on the pricing page brings you here with that plan, its billing cycle and your team size filled in. The reviewer starts the plan when the organization is approved: Essential's free year or Professional's 30-day trial begins then. Remove the plan to leave it to the reviewer.

Follow these steps

Activate a new clinic or hospital

Fill in the organization details in the request form.
Submit and watch its status in the requests list below.
Once approved, the organization appears in your memberships with you as owner.

Switch where you are working

Select any membership to make it your active clinic.
The top-bar switcher does the same from any page.

Edit a clinic or hospital's details

On a clinic you own or administer, select Edit on its card.
Update the name, type, or region, then save your changes.
Updates apply immediately, including the name shown across the workspace.

Helpful habits

Use the organization's legal or commonly known name in activation requests so reviews go quickly.
Submit one request per organization; duplicates slow review down.

Tips

Your most recently used clinic is restored automatically the next time you sign in.
Owners can later invite staff; memberships always live with the person's own account.
In a clinic, this page is under Settings, in the Organization menu beside Team. It is also in the menu under your name and in the workspace switcher, so it is always one step away, including from My Space.
