Clinic Setup Wizard

A guided launch path for clinic owners and administrators. Five short steps take the clinic from nothing to bookable: your clinic, where patients are seen, the services they can book, the doctors and their hours, and a final go-live check. You choose what the clinic offers; the forms, consents, and patient messages behind each service are created, published, switched on, and linked for you. Progress is saved to the active clinic.

What you can do here

Five guided steps

Your clinic, Locations, Services, Doctors and hours, and Go live. A later step unlocks once the earlier one is complete, and completed steps stay open for review.

Starter configurations

Pick General clinic, Primary care, Dental clinic, Specialty clinic, Telemedicine clinic, or start from scratch. The choice only preselects services; every suggestion can be changed.

Services by checkbox

Tick In-person consultation, Video consultation, Follow-up visit, and the other ready-made services. Each ticked service becomes an active visit type with its patient form, consent, and messages already published and linked. Nothing needs a separate review during setup.

Reuse, never duplicate

Forms, consents, and messages the clinic already published are reused. A service the clinic set up in Advanced setup for the same care is reused and switched on instead of copied, and it is never edited here.

Entered once

The country and city from Your clinic fill in the first location, the clinic language and time zone set up patient messages and consent, and a clinic with one location uses it automatically for every doctor's hours.

Doctors and registration

Add yourself with I see patients here too, or invite colleagues without waiting for them to accept. Confirm each doctor's registration once. As the clinic owner, the registrations you save are approved straight away, and your own is recorded as self-attested so another administrator can review it later. An administrator who is not the owner can confirm their own registration only while they are the clinic's only administrator.

Video booking

Saving a video service switches on video visits for the clinic, the same switch as Appointment settings, Booking rules. Patients can book it once a doctor has video hours: in Doctors and hours, tick By video for that doctor. The step shows, for in person and by video, whether every service offered that way has a doctor with hours, and it cannot be finished while one does not.

Advanced setup remains available

Clinical setup, Appointments, and Team are the Advanced setup. Use them to edit wording, add custom visit types, split hours across locations, or review evidence in detail. The guide never removes or replaces them.

Follow these steps

Launch a clinic

  1. Choose the kind of clinic and confirm its name, country, city, language, time zone, and currency.
  2. Confirm the main location and add any branches.
  3. Tick the services you offer, adjust names and visit lengths, and check the forms, consent, and messages that go with them.
  4. Add the doctors who see patients, confirm their registration, and save their weekly hours.
  5. Let the go-live check run, follow any remaining action, and finish setup.
03

Helpful habits

  • Use clinic-owned contact and location information only, and never enter patient information into setup fields.
  • Read the consent wording before saving services, and edit it in Advanced setup if your clinic needs different words.
  • When another administrator joins, ask them to review any self-attested registration in Clinical setup, under Provider credentials.

Tips

  • Select Save progress before leaving. Completed settings are already saved, and the guide reopens at the current step.
  • Running Services again with a different selection updates the guided services and switches off the ones you untick.
  • If a blocker needs platform operations, the clinic cannot bypass it from the guide.
