Customer management

The platform customer registry for Super Admins. Review registered users and organizations, understand tenant usage and plans, and suspend or reactivate access with an audited notification workflow.

What you can do here

Platform totals

A summary strip shows total customers, registered users, organizations, suspended accounts, and recent registrations before you narrow the list.

User and organization search

Switch between users and organizations, then filter by name, account status, registration period, tenant, organization type, or plan.

Account and usage details

Open one customer to review the account profile, memberships, plan entitlements, member counts, activity summaries, resource usage, and status history without leaving the list.

Suspension and reactivation

Suspend an active account with a required policy reason, or reactivate a suspended account. The access change and notification delivery result are shown separately.

Subscription

An organization's details show the plan it is on, how it is billed, when it started, the last day it is in force (or that it has no end date), its status (Active, Trial, Trial ended, Expired or No plan yet), and a plan change its administrators have asked for. Nothing here was invoiced or paid.

Change the plan or its dates

Change plan or dates opens an editor for the plan, the billing cycle, the start date and an optional last day in force, with a reason for the record. Dates are read in the organization's own time zone. A last day that has already passed ends the plan as soon as you save, and the organization falls back to the platform's standard allowances. The organization's owners and administrators are told in the app and by email; the reason stays with the platform team.

Subscription history

History lists every change to the plan, newest first: who made it, when, the plan, billing, status and dates before and after, the reason given and the request it arrived on. It includes requests the organization made and withdrew. The history cannot be edited or deleted.

Follow these steps

Review a customer

  1. Choose Users or Organizations.
  2. Enter search and filter criteria, then apply the filters.
  3. Open Details on a row to review the account, memberships, usage, and recent activity.
  4. Use Suspend account or Reactivate account only after confirming the target and access scope.
  5. Review the status message to confirm both the account update and notification delivery outcome.

Change an organization's plan or dates

  1. Open the organization's Details and find Subscription.
  2. Choose Change plan or dates, or Put a plan in place when it has none.
  3. Pick the plan and billing cycle, and check the start date.
  4. Turn on End date and choose the last day the plan is in force, or leave it off so the plan runs until it is changed.
  5. Add a reason for the record, read any warning, and save.
  6. Read the result to see how many administrators were told, then open History to confirm the change.

Helpful habits

  • Treat user identity and tenant administrator details as sensitive platform data.
  • Confirm whether the target is a global user or one organization before changing access.
  • Choose the suspension reason that most accurately matches the policy decision because it is audited and included in the notification.
  • Do not copy customer details into logs, support notes, or external tools.
  • Give every plan change a reason, so the history says why and not only what.
  • Set a start date the plan really began on; a plan cannot start in the future, so make a change on the day it takes effect.

Tips

  • User suspension blocks the complete platform account and every tenant membership.
  • Organization suspension blocks ordinary member access to that organization without disabling their global accounts or other organizations.
  • Super Admin recovery access to a suspended organization remains available and is audited.
  • An account update can succeed even if an email cannot be delivered, so always read the notification result.
  • If somebody else changed the plan while the editor was open, it reloads and asks you to check it again rather than overwriting their change.
