My Records

A private, secure home for your own medical documents: lab reports, prescriptions, scans and letters. You own these records and can take them to any clinic. A clinic can see a report only when you choose to share it, and you can stop that access at any time.

What you can do here

Documents and prescriptions

Use the switch at the top to move between uploaded documents and issued prescriptions. A verified internal issue may appear while the consultation remains open; it does not mean the prescription was sent to a pharmacy, accepted, filled, or delivered as a notification.

Upload your documents

Drag files onto the upload area or press Choose files. Pick a category first, then add one or more documents. Each upload is virus-scanned before it can be opened, and a live badge shows Scanning, Preparing or Ready. Keep this screen open until transfer finishes; leaving it or switching accounts stops unfinished transfers.

View them in place

Open a Ready record to read it in the built-in viewer, without leaving the page or downloading anything. Zoom, rotate, move between all pages or DICOM frames, and search document text when available. Use Go to page to jump directly through a large record. The viewer is for preview only, so download and print controls are not available.

Medical imaging (DICOM)

Supported DICOM images are recognized automatically, including .dcm files and files with no extension. After safety checks and preparation, open the record to view its frames. You do not need to rename the file or select its type. Use Go to frame to reach any supported frame; a new preview prepares automatically when needed. DICOM studies groups your uploaded images by study and series, with cine playback and image tools.

Readable exports and media

Text, CSV, TSV, JSON, XML, FHIR, CDA, CCDA and HL7 exports open as paginated text or tables, with wrapping and search. Supported audio, video, animated GIF and animated WebP files have play, pause, seek, speed and loop controls. Press Play when you are ready; nothing starts automatically.

Browse as a grid or a list

Switch between a thumbnail grid and a compact list, and filter by category. Open any record's details to see its history and manage sharing.

Search by name and content

Use the search box in the toolbar to find a record by its name, tag, or the text inside it. Search spans every folder, and the list narrows as you type with a clear message when nothing matches so you are never left with an empty screen.

Sort the list

Sort by date added, title, category, status or number of versions. In list view you can also click a column heading to sort by it, and click again to reverse the order.

Quick actions and rename

Right-click a record, or use the actions button on its card, to Rename, Duplicate, Move to folder, Share or Delete it without opening details. Duplicate makes a fresh copy titled “Copy of ...”. In list view you can also double-click a name to rename it.

Folders

Group your records into folders, separate from their category. Press New folder to create one, open a folder to see what is inside, and use the path above the grid to step back up. Move a record with its Move to folder action. Deleting a folder keeps your records and moves them up one level.

Share from the preview

While viewing a record, press Share in the viewer toolbar to choose which clinics can see it, without leaving the preview for its details.

You own them across clinics

Your records live with you, not with a single clinic. The same report can be shared with any clinic you visit, and it stays yours if you leave.

Share only when you choose

Open a record's details to choose which clinics can see it. When access is limited to specific clinicians, that is shown next to the clinic. You can stop sharing at any time; access ends immediately.

Share history

Under Who can see this, open Share history to see which clinics could see a report in the past and when access ended, whether you revoked it or it expired. It is a clear record of who has had access over time.

Recycle bin

Deleting a record moves it to your recycle bin, where it can be restored for a short time before it is removed for good.

A new folder while moving

Moving records, the destination list ends with Add folder. The folder is made inside the destination you had chosen, and comes back chosen as where the records go.

Helpful habits

  • Choose the right category so a clinic can find the report quickly once shared.
  • Use clear PDFs or photos for paper records, and keep medical imaging in its original DICOM format.
  • Only share what a clinic needs for your visit, and stop sharing when it is no longer needed.

Tips

  • You can upload several files at once; each gets its own progress row.
  • Inside the viewer, the search label shows whether Find searches available document text or the current page.
  • A Blocked badge means a file failed the virus scan; request a fresh copy from its source.
