Plan registry
Each plan couples limits (numbers, monthly sends, campaign size, templates, API rate) with feature toggles. Open a plan to edit it or assign it; assignment takes effect immediately.

Plans and usage
The platform's commercial configuration: create plans with entitlements and feature toggles, assign them to clinics, manage versioned provider pricing, and inspect any clinic's metered usage. Visible to platform administrators only.
What you can do here
Plan requests
The plan changes workspaces asked for on the pricing page or in Settings, oldest first, with the plan, billing cycle and team they asked for. Assigning the plan a request names fulfils it: the workspace's plan and its subscription move together and the request leaves the list. Nothing is charged.
Versioned rate card
Provider pricing is data, not code: paste a CSV to upload a draft version, then activate it when ready. Activation is atomic and previous versions stay available for rollback and historical costing.
Tenant usage
Pick a clinic to see its metered counters for the period with quota bars. Aggregate counts only; no message content.
Follow these steps
Create and assign a plan
- Use New plan, give it a permanent slug and a display name, and set its limits and features.
- Open the plan, choose a clinic in Assign to a clinic, and confirm; the clinic's entitlements switch immediately.
Fulfil a plan request
- Open Plan requests and read the workspace, its current plan and what it asked for.
- Agree billing with the customer outside the product, then choose Assign and confirm.
- To give the plan an end date or a different start, choose Set dates instead: the editor opens on the plan and billing the request named.
- A request for the plan a workspace is already on, marked Ended, is a renewal: Assign renews it from today with no end date, and Set dates gives the renewal an end.
- If the workspace's plan changed while the list was open, the list reloads; check the request again before assigning.
Publish new pricing
- Paste the pricing CSV under Upload a version with a fresh version name.
- Check the row count in the versions table, then Activate when you are confident.
- Metering picks up the new version within a few minutes.
Answer a usage question
- Open Tenant usage, pick the clinic, and read its counters against the plan limits.
- Bars turn amber near a limit and red at it, and the numbers are always shown beside them.
Helpful habits
- Name rate card versions after the period they apply from, so history reads naturally.
- Leave a limit empty to mean no limit, rather than inventing a very large number.
- Upload and verify a rate card version before activating it; uploading never changes what is live.
Tips
- A plan's slug is permanent once created; only its name, limits, and features can change.
- A plan assigned to fulfil a request starts no free period or trial; those belong to a new workspace.
- Plan changes reach clinics on their next request; there is no cache to clear by hand.
- The clinic picker lists the clinics on the platform; you can always paste a clinic id directly instead.
